Suggest a better descriptionIn a small bowl, stir together Salt, Pepper, Cumin, Chili Powder and Cinnamon.
Rub Pork with Spice Mixture.
Heat the Olive Oil in a heavy ovenproof skillet over medium-high heat and brown pork on all sides.
Remove from heat.
Stir together Brown Sugar, Garlic and Tabasco and pat on top of each tenderloin.
Transfer pan to a 350 oven and roast until internal temperature reaches 145, about 25 minutes.
Let Pork stand for 10 minutes before slicing (temp will rise to about 155 degrees while standing).
Slice and Serve.
