Mix yogurt, lemon juice, vanilla extract in a bowl, prepare 1/4 cup boiling water with 4 tsp of gelatin and add to yogurt mixture, add on top of base layer and place in fridge
Wait until firm before making next layer (30-45 minutes)
Blend mango cheeks and juice together, mix 1 1/2 - 2 tsp of gelatin to 1/4 cup boiling water and add to juice layer, mix and place in fridge
