Easy family friendly dish!
Brown hamburger and onion (optional to add taco seasoning to hamburger. Drain burger.
Cut tortillas into 1" squares and mix with all the other ingredients except the cheese.
Mix and pour into 9x13 glass casserole dish. Spread cheese evenly over mixture.
Bake covered at 375 for 1 hour. Serve with sour cream and salsa.
Variations/substitutions:
Use grilled chicken instead of ground beef.
Use tortilla chips vs.corn tortillas.
