Spicy cheesy Tex-Mex
Mix the soups, one can chilies, and enchilada sauce together. Brown meat and onions. Drain. Add refried beans, 1 can chilies, 1/2 cup cheese, and 1/2 cup soup mixture. Mix and spoon down the middle of the tortillas. Spread some soup mixture in the bottom of a greased 9 x13 baking pan. Roll up the meat filled tortillas and put on top of soup mixture in pan. Pour remaining soup mixture over the top and sprinkle with the remaining cheese. Bake uncovered about 45 minutes at 350 degrees until cheese starts to bubble and turn brown around the edges. Let stand about 10 minutes for easier serving. Serve with sour cream and hot sauce. Can also serve with shredded lettuce, tomatoes, black olives, and/or jalapeƱos!
Donāt underbake!
