Suggest a better descriptionBake a Bechamel type sauce with the first 8 ingredient. Simmer 15 minutes. Then blend with an immersion blender.
Dip each tortilla in the green sauce and then fill with 2 heaping Tbs chicken and 2 Tbs grated cheese. Roll and put seam down in shallow, greased baking pan.
Pour the green sauce over the tortillas, then put the cream on top of that and then the rest of the grated cheese, then the sprinkles of green onion.
Bak at 350 for 20 minutes, uncovered
Can sprinkle chopped black olives over the top before serving, if desired.
