Cycle- Dough
When dough is finished press dough into a 1/2 thick rectangle on a cornmeal covered surface. Turn dough over several times to be sure the dough is well coated. Cut muffins with a biscuit t cutter or cookie cutter. Place on a lightly greased baking sheet, cover and let rise 45-60 minutes. Cook on an ungreased griddle or cast iron skillet over low to medium heat for 5 to 7 minutes on each side until golden brown. Cook muffins close together .
