Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven to 350 degrees.
Place ribs in roaster, sprinkle with salt & pepper and roast covered in oven for 1 hour. Drain off fat.
Lower temperature of oven to 325 degrees.
While ribs are cooking prepare sauce with remaining ingredients. Pour sauce over ribs making sure to get the sauce between the layers of ribs. Bake for at least 2 hours more until ribs are tender.
