Use food colour gels we already have.
Toppings to decorate biscuits:
Sprinkles, variety of different sorts. For trial we will use what you have.
lollies: You may have some of these already, if so we will use what you have for the trial.
Same for the writing pen.

Step 1
Lightly whisk egg white and lemon juice together in a bowl. Gradually add icing sugar, whisking until smooth and combined.
How do you thicken royal icing?
If you'd like to make your royal icing even thinker, you may need a little more icing sugar (when using icing for piping, for example) so the icing will hold its shape once piped.
