Rebecca: I am about to undertake an interesting challenge... putting together a "dessert salad" using any sweet food product I can find in our kitchen. This will NOT involve any kind of cooking, and will barely be an actual recipe - basically, I'm just going to list all the various cookies and things I throw in and tell whether it came out well or not.
~...Here goes nothing!...~
Break up 2 vanilla pizzele (flat Italian cookies) into approximately 1 inch pieces. Break each mini chocolate chip cookie in half. Scoop out 6-8 half teaspoons (or 3-4 teaspoons) of icecream. Mix ingredients together in a small bowl. Add whipped cream on top to taste.
