Suggest a better descriptionInstant Pot (6 qt or 8 qt)
Place 1 1/2 cups (6 qt) OR 2 cups (8 qt) water in the Instant Pot
Place rack in pot
Arrange 12 large eggs on rack
Close pot lid and set seal control to Sealed position
Select Steam option and set at 1 minute
Set a timer for 20 minutes (Instant Pot will come to pressure and then natural release for about 8 minutes)
Set seal control to Unsealed position and make sure pressure button drops
Open lid
Transfer eggs to bowl with cool water covering them
Add ice to bowl with water and eggs and let stand 5 minutes
Transfer eggs to a rack to air dry for 60 minutes
Place eggs in absorbent closed container to absorb moisture that will develop on eggs surfaces (use paper towels if needed) (reusing a cardboard egg carton to store the cooked eggs works well also)
