Homemade fajita marinade
Rub Hoisin sauce on your choice of meat. I use beef and chicken.
Mix all remaining ingredients to make marinade.
Pierce chicken or beef with fork. Pour marinade over meat in separate containers. Marinate for 3040 hours. This is enough for 4 pounds of meat.
Grill and use for fabulous fajitas.
