Suggest a better description1. Set up BBQ and light charcoal
2. In a blender, put in oil, soy sauce, scallions, garlic, lime juice, red pepper flakes, cumin and sugar and puree.
3. Place steak and puree in ziplock bag, removing air and allow steak to marinate for 1 hr in refrigerator
4. Remove meat from bag and pat dry with paper towels. Place steaks over coals for 1 minute each side. When meat is finished cooking place in double lined aluminum foil, wrap and allow to sit for 15 minutes
5. Remove meat from foil, reserving foil juices. Slice thinly across grain of meat.
