Suggest a better descriptionFor the chicken and vegetables
1. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large pan or wok.
2. Add the chicken strips and enough of the fajita mix to cover the chicken. Cook chicken, turning regularly, and then put the chicken on a plate to cool.
3. Heat another tablespoon of oil in the pan.
4. Add the peppers and onion and cook until the onion has browned slightly.
5. Stir in some more fajita mix.
6. Stir in the chicken.
For each wrap
1. Prepare each wrap by warming for 30 secs in the microwave
2. Spread a small amount of salsa, cheese, japapenos and sour cream onto the wrap.
2. Add the chicken and vegetable mixture in a line along the center - don't put to much in or you wont be able to close it! There should be enough mixture to make 4 wraps.
3. Fold the wrap up at the bottom and then roll it to one side to seal the deal.
