Suggest a better descriptionMix oil, lime juice, and seasoning mix with meat in a large zip lock bag, and marinade for 4 hours. Drain off marinade and set aside; heat skillet over medium heat and add the peppers and onions, saute for 2 minutes. Remove to a platter. Add the chicken to the skillet, and cook until done; about 15 minutes. Add chicken to the platter. Cook the marinade in the skillet for 1 minute; pour over the chicken and chicken. Serve with tortillas, sour cream, cheese and salsa.
