These are delicious and take no time to make!
Mix flour, baking powder, butter, and salt until well mixed. When pressed together it should hold its shape, but crumbled once disturbed. Add egg and approximately 1/4 cup milk. Mix well. Add milk until you reach desired consistancy. ( Softer dough means lighter biscuits. For stiffer, more filling biscuits, use stiffer dough.) Turn onto well floured surface and roll to 1/2 - 3/4 inch thick. Biscuits will double in size when baked. Cut into circles, and let rest for 5 - 10 minutes. Bake ~~at; 350f for 10-12 minutes; until lightly brown.
