Fiesta Meatloaf
Saute onion and green pepper in oil until tender. Stir in chili sauce. Combine about 1/2 cup of the mixture with the ground beef, bread crumbs, egg, worcestershire sauce and pepper. Shape into a loaf pan 18 x 4 x 1 1/2". Bake 1 hour at 350 deg. Let sit about 15 min before slicing. Baste with remaining sauce.
