Place a mozzarella stick in the dough corner, then fold the corners and wrap the rest.
Pass the wet finger with water on the other end of the mass, then wrap firmly, pressing the tip to make sure it is sealed.
Repeat with remaining dough and cheese.
Heat oil in a pan.
Fry the sticks until lightly golden, and place on paper towels to remove excess oil.
Serve with tomato sauce. (Optional)
