Classic summer sandwiches
Arrange flank steak in a shallow glass baking dish or gallon plastic bag. Pour marinade over and cover. Marinate in the refrigerator 6 hours or overnight. Turn occasionally.
Preheat grill. Cook flank steak 5 minutes a side or until medium rare. Let sit 10 minutes before slicing.
While meat sits, mash avocado and mix with lemon juice and salt. Stir in onions, tomatoes, and Cilantro.
To Serve: Slice sandwich rolls. Layer meat, cheese, and guacamole.
