Suggest a better description1.) Finely slice the leeks in half moons. Saute in a medium hot pan with butter and a tablespoon olive oil. Cook 3 - 4 minutes.
2.) Mix together flour remaining olive oil, salt and pepper. Add leeks and bring mixture together with water, add more flour if sticky.
3.) Knead 2 -3 minutes. Cover and leave to rest 20 minutes
4.) Divide dough into 4 balls and roll on floured surface
5.) Heat a dry nonstick skillet. 1 -2 minutes on each side
