In this recipe you can use any kind of fruit or veggie puree. Like pumpkin, strawberry, or blueberry.
In one bowl mix together, flour, spices, yeast, and salt. In another bowl mix, puree, suar, warm water. Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients. Once dough is formed knead for 10 minutes. Place dough in a oiled bowl and let it raise for one hour. Then punch down and knead a few more times. Divide into two pcs and roll into long roll. Divide into seven pc and form bagel. Place on cookie sheet and cover to let rise for 20 minutes. Bring to a boil 2 quarts of water and the 2 T sugar. Drop bagels in and boil for one minutes each side. Place on a cookie sheet covered with parchment paper. Add desired topping and bake in oven at 450 degrees for 10 minutes.
