Lightly grease a 9 x 13 pan.
Cook the ground beef.
Cook shells accoriding to the package.
Put spaghetti sauce in a large saucepan.
Add drained ground beef to the sauce and let sit on low heat to warm up.
Drain shells and set them aside when they're cooked.
In a large bowl, combine the spinach and the next ingredients through to the pepper.
Stir it up well.
Take 1/4 cup of the spinach mix and fill into each manicotti shell.
Put the shells into the greased pan as each one is filled
Pour the spaghetti sauce over the shells.
Top with parmesan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
