Great
Sprinkle the flounder with lemon juice. Arrange flounder in buttered shallow baking dish. Combine bread crumbs and parmesan cheese in bowl. Sprinkle over the top of the flounder. Dot with butter. Bake at 375F for 35-40 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with fork.
