This is good
Bake potatoes in 400 F oven for 1 hour. Remove potatoes and set oven to 425 F. Slice potatoes in half. Scoop out pulp, and place in bowl. Mash pulp with a fork then mix in cottage cheese, yogurt, onion flakes, and salt. Fill potato skins with potato-cheese mixture. Sprinkle paprika on top and return to oven. Bake til tops are lightly browned-about 10 minutes. Before serving, sprinkle with chives. Serves 4
