Grease a 9 inch pan and pour 2 tbsp of olive oil in it. Keep aside
In a bowl take the flour, yeast, salt, Italian seasoning and mix well
Mix 3 tbsp of olive oil with the warm water and pour into the flour mixture. Bring the dough together. The dough will be quite sticky. Now drop the sticky dough into the oiled pan and pat and spread it. Cover the pan with a wet kitchen cloth or cling film and leave to rise for an hour.
Preheat the oven to 190 degrees. Uncover the pan and poke holes into the dough. Drizzle some olive oil into the holes. Spread some olives, capsicum, jalapeƱos and any herbs you like on top.
Bake the bread for 25-30 minutes until the top is golden
