Combine flour and salt. Scrape yeast mixture into flour knead dough thirty times. Dough will be sticky
Spray large bowl with nonstick spray. Cover dough let rise or 1 hour
Spray bakin sheet with nonstick spray. Punch down dough. Form dough into ball. Place on baking sheet and press into 10in circle. Cover and let rise for 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 425. Make simples in dough. Bake for 15-20 minute.
While rising mix other ingredients together to make topping. Distribute over crust and bake.
