Combine all ingredients and bring to a boil.
Take the french bread and split in half and scoop out the middle. Fill with cooked mixture. Add mozarella on top and add any ingredient on top such as pepperoni, bacon bits, canadian bacon. Bake at 350 degrees until cheese is melted and bread is brown.
