Line an 8 inch square pan with graham crackers. Cook jello with milk for 5 minutes and pour on top of graham crackers. Refrigerate. Whip the heavy cream, spread over top. Add another layer of graham crackers. Spread frosting over last layer of crackers. Drizzle with chocolate.
