Add garlic, Worcestershire, and soup packet to onions; stir to coat.
Deglaze saute pan with wine, scraping up any brown bits. Add haricots verts; stir to coat with mixture and cook 3-5 minutes more. Stir in lemon juice, season haricots verts with pepper, and garnish with zest.
