Suggest a better descriptionPour Beef Broth in crock-pot. Cook onions slowly in butter (about 15 mins) in large covered skillet, stir occasionally. Uncover and add salt, sugar and flour. Stir well. Add to crock pot. Cover and cook on low 6 to 8 hrs. (3 hrs on high) Pour over croutons.
Top with Mozzarella cheese. Put in oven until cheese melts golden brown.
