Suggest a better description1) Blend 3 egg whites.
2) Add salt and cream of tartar
3) Gradually add sugar and whip until stiff
4) Fold in pecans and vanilla
5) Pile in a nest and bake at 300o for 50 minutes and cool
1) In a double boiler add chocolate and water until melted
2) Cool and add brandy
3) Whip heavy cream, fold 1 cup into chocolate mixture
4) Add whipped cream to top
5) Garnish with shaved chocolate
