Grease 13 x 9 pan .
Tear bread into bite size pieces and put in casserole .
Beat cheese on med speed: add one egg at a time and mix well, each time. Add eggnog/milk , mix, then half and half , then maple syrup, and vanilla. Pour this mix over bread and sprinkle with cinnamon . Cover and refrigerate 4-24 hours.
Preheat oven 350 degrees and let casserole come to room temp for 20 min. Bake 50 min or until set. Sprinkle with confectionary sugar and maple sugar.
