1 - 3 oz. box of peach jell-o
3/4 C. sugar
4 T. cornstarch
1 C. hot water
Stir in:
1 T. butter
1 t. almond extract
Diced fresh peaches (4-6 depending on size)
Cool then pour into prepared and baked pie crust.
Refrigerate and serve topped with whipped cream.
Makes 1 pie.

1/16 pie=360
