Suggest a better descriptionPreheat pan with lid on at medium high heat
Preheat olive oil after pan is heated
Turn heat down to medium
Put chickpeas in pan
Season well with salt, pepper, cumin, garlic
Let fry with pan closed
Turn every 2-5mins
When sound behinds you subside (olive oil has been absorbed) dash soy sauce and turn
Allow to fry for 5 more minutes, then turn off and serve
Use as replacement for meat in regular taco fixings
