Using two Ingredient dough recipe for sugar free deliciousness.
Bring 3/4 cup water and 3 Tbsp Splenda to boil. Add diced apples and cinnamon and boil until apples are softened. Mix 1Tbsp water with cornstarch and add to fruit mixture. Continue cooking and stirring for about 1-2 minutes. Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly.
Heat the air fryer to 370 degrees.
Mix flour and yogurt to form dough. Knead on floured cabinet about 30 times. Divide into 8 small balls. Roll each of the dough balls (using lots of flour) into a round disc. Add 1 to 1.5 Tbsp apple filling to the dough disc. Wet the edge of the dough and fold over to seal. Use a fork to seal the dough further. Cook for about 7 minutes in the air fryer, spraying with cooking oil and turning once halfway through cook time.
