Simple fried rice.
Cook rice. (If possible, cook it and put it in the fridge for a few hours first)
Cook chicken and dice.
Fry egg and dice.
Cook veggies.
Start heating rice in a pan over medium-high heat.
Add meat, egg, and veggies. Mix well.
Add soy sauce until rice is slightly brown.
Add a little sesame oil. Serve.
It is much easier if the rice is cold. Make a different rice dish the night before, and put the extra rice in the refrigerator to be used for this meal.
