Basic ingredients for frittata.
Grate parmesan cheese. Set aside.
Saute onions. Cook 2 cups of veggies or mixture of meat.
Make sure the mixture is around 2 cups.
Mix eggs and cheese for egg mixture.
Pour in veggie mixture in buttered pan.
pour in egg mixture over veggies.
Cook on stove to med. heat. Lift all around to get egg cooked.
Sprinkle grated parmesan cheese on top and italian seasonings.
After 10 min. of cooking if you have a frittata pan, put other
side of buttered lid on and flip over. Cook another 10 to 15 min.
Flip one more time and cook for only 5 min. Test doneness with
a toothpick. Toothpick should come out clean. Your are ready to
serve.
