egg and fruit muffin
1- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2- Mash the bananas until smooth
3- add the eggs and beat until well combined.
4- oil the muffin tray with coconut oil
5- Add the berries to cover the bottom of the muffin trays.
6- Fill with the egg and banana mixture and bake for about 12 minutes or until cooked through.
