Big beautiful bowl of fruit topped off with banana milk, great for summertime.
Prep: Cut one of the bananas into slices and freeze prior to making the cereal.
To a bowl, add 2 chopped bananas.
Dice apple and add to the bowl.
Add 1/2 cup of fresh or frozen fruit of your choice to the bowl.
To make the banana milk, add the frozen banana chunks to a blender. Add 1 cup of almond milk (or milk of your choice). Blend until there are no chunks and mixture is smooth.
Add this mixture to the bowl.
Add 2 tablespoons of granola or nuts of your choice on top.
Enjoy.
You might have more or less banana milk depending on the size of your banana. Freezing is optional for a "cold bowl of cereal".
