Cut the top parts of the pears and dig a hole in the center of the bottom with a small knife. Put a tablespoon of syrup inside each pear.
Steam them for 10 min after water boils.
Fill the center of each pear with mixed fruits. Put a tablespoon of syrup on top the mixed fruits. Spread a little chocolate cream on the top.
