Today, as every other morning, I started checking my post that was in my letter-box, and the first thing that I have noticed was a headline written with a big bolded capital letters „WARNING!“.. I thought to myself; „Oh, no, what now?! I didn't pay my bills? What's wrong?!“ Honestly, I was in shock, but then I started to reading what is this all about.. „Doctors are afraid of the new way of quick weight loss.“ Then with a little bit smaller letters.. „German scientists found out something incredible! Something that can help you lose over 30 pounds in only two weeks!“ I continued reading and thinking sarcastically to myself „Oh, maybe someone had discovered a holy grail of losing weight.“ The thing is about some plasters that you stick on a few different places on your body and they help you lose weight, and you don't even have to exercise or eat healthy. And that is not all! There is also a lot of records of people using this „magical“ plasters and saying that not even that they lost weight, but they also started feeling much, much better, having much more energy, bla bla bla.. What??!! Excuse me, but I am allergic to this type of advertisements. If losing weight would be so easy, everyone would buy this plasters and what a piece of cake this would be! Moreover, losing 30 pounds in two weeks?! I mean.. are you for real??!
I am begging You, do not believe in this things and this type of advertisements! Rather try eating healthier, being more active, exercising, thinking positive.. be happy, even with few pounds more, but healthy! Healthy body, healthy mind!
