Suggest a better descriptionLine 8x8 inch baking pan with wax paper. In medium bowl, combine apples, raisins and dates. In large bowl, combine eggs, sugar, oil and vanilla. In a third bowl, combine flour, baking soda and cinnamon. Add to egg mixture. Stir in fruit. Spread in prepared baking pan. Bake at 350F about 20 min or until tester inserted in center comes out clean. Preparation 15 min, cooking about 20 min. 12 servings, each 110 calories, 1.2 g protein, 4.7 g fat, 16.4 g carbohydrate, .8 g fibre source: Eat Well, Live Well, Canadian Dietetic Assoc. c. 1990 Shared and tested by Elizabeth Rodier Aug 1993.
