Suggest a better descriptionHeat oven to 400 degrees. Coat a baking sheet with cooking spray. On a floured surface, unroll pastry sheet. Cut into 3 pieces. Transfer to baking sheet, bake 14 min. or until golden brown. Remove pastry. Cool. Prepare pudding following package directions, replacing milk with coconut milk. Cool. Stir in coconut extract and coconut. SLICE each pastry in half horizontally for a total of 6 pieces. Spread a quarter of the pudding over 2 bottom pieces, fan a quarter of the strawberries on each. Repeat layering. Top each stack with remaining pastry. Chill. Cut each pastry into 4 pieces. Dust tops with powdered sugar. Garnish with strawberries. SERVE & ENJOY...
