Suggest a better descriptionMix sugar and cocoa in saucepan. Add butter, milk, and salt. Bring to a boil and cook for 1 minute. Remove from heat, cool until almost cold. Add all other ingredients, spoon tablespoonsful onto waxed paper and allow to set for 30 minutes.
