Easy drop biscuits with garlic and cheese, similar to red lobster cheddar Bay biscuits.
Preheat oven to 375 and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or silicone baking mat.
Combine the dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl, add milk and butter and stir for one minute. Add cheese and minced garlic, stir until just combined, Mixture will be wet. Use an ice cream scoop or 1/4 measuring cup to scoop balls of dough onto the baking sheet.
Add to a preheated oven and bake on the middle rack for 10 to 12 minutes.
