Cut off stems of mushrooms Cut any large mushrooms in half
Heat oil and sauté garlic for one minute Add mushrooms and cook on high until oil absorbed--stir constantly
Reduce heat to low and cook until juices are released
Increase heat again and sauté 5 min
Add lemon juice and salt and pepper
Stir in parsley and cook one minute
Serve hot with baguette style bread for sauce
