Rinse and pat dry your chicken. Transfer to a resealable bag.
In a bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, honey, garlic, spices, grated parmesan, and salt and pepper to taste.
Transfer 3/4 of this mixture to the resealable bag to coat the chicken. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to overnight. Take the remaining 1/4 marinade, store it in your fridge for serving (after the chicken is cooked).
Transfer chicken to sheet tray and bake for 18-20 minutes or air fry for 12 minutes.
Finish the chicken with the reserved marinade before serving.
