Mix all ingredients except ground pepper in food processor (i.e., Meal Mixer with Chopper Blade from Magic Bullet) until smooth.
Add ground pepper.
Chill before serving. Top chilled soup with mango sliced into small thin pieces.
Serve with artisan bread or crostini. Top with shrimp.
