This is a great salad for cookouts, gatherings and summer in general. Its definitley for the person with a sweet tooth!
Boil Pasta to desired tenderness. Strain pasta through collander and set aside in mixing bowl. While boiling pasta, boil 2 eggs for 15 minutes to ensure completley boiled. Upon completing boiled eggs, set aside in bowl of ice cold water. Next, add mayonnaise, almond extract, caramel extract and sugar too pasta in mix with pasta until thoroughly blended in. Now, if you have not done so already, slice and chop peaches and add to mixture. lastly, chop hard boiled eggs and add to pasta mixture.
Let stand in refregerator for at least 2 hours to ensure complete cool down period and enjoy!
Dont be upset if you are a little conservative or liberal when adding the ingredients. This recipe does have some grey area which is all according to personal tatse!
