Suggest a better descriptionHeat half the oil in a frying pan. Sauté cabbage and apple until cabbage begins to wilt. Stir in juice, mustard and seasonings. Remove from heat.
Heat remaining oil in a clean frying pan. Sauté onion until tender and beginning to brown. Keep warm.
Bake rolls in moderate oven for 5 to 10 minutes or until beginning to crisp.
Grill frankfurts under a hot grill until heated through and beginning to brown.
To prepare Mustard Mayonnaise: Combine sour cream, mayonnaise and mustard in a bowl. Set aside.
Spoon cabbage mixture into each roll. Top with a frankfurt, onions rings and mayonnaise. Serve immediately with salad and tomato sauce.
