Spaghetti with rice noodles and meat of choice
Prepare noodles per package. Set aside 2 helpings noodles (add butter) for Adi's dinner and for her lunch. Fry ground beef. Set aside 2 helpings ground beef for Adi's dinner and lunch. Add sauce to ground beef still in pan and allow to heat, also adding spinach. Once heated throughout, take out two servings of noodles/sauce with meat for Trisha/Michael's lunch. Remainder is dinner atop the noodles. Serve with Parmesan if desired.
